Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, we kindly ask that you reach out to UPS directly to initiate a claim.

While we’re not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we’re always happy to assist — whether it’s confirming shipping details or providing tracking information to support your claim.
