Because many of our products are made-to-order and often personalized, all sales are considered final.

However, we understand that life happens. If there’s an issue with your order, such as:

…we’ll make it right.

To request assistance:

Please email us at info@cupsofpositivity.com within 5 business days of receiving your package. Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the item and packaging
  3. A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review and respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., color preference or change of mind). Please review item details and care instructions carefully before placing your order.
